1. Made-to-Order and Perishable Products
Graze & Grace products are prepared for specific dates and often include perishable ingredients, personalized items, custom styling, or materials purchased for a particular order. For that reason, completed food orders cannot be returned or restocked like ordinary retail merchandise.
2. Smaller Orders
If you need to cancel or change a smaller board, box, cup, or similar order, contact us as soon as possible. A refund or credit may be available when we have not yet purchased non-recoverable ingredients or materials, begun preparation, created personalized items, or started delivery. Once those costs or work have occurred, the affected portion of the order may be non-refundable.
3. Custom Events and Reserved Dates
Custom events may require a deposit, retainer, partial payment, or full payment to reserve a date. The amount, due dates, and whether a payment is refundable will be stated in the written quote, invoice, or event agreement. A date is not reserved until Graze & Grace confirms the booking and any required payment has been received.
4. Client Cancellations
If you cancel a custom event, amounts already committed to perishable ingredients, custom materials, rentals, staffing, third-party services, personalization, or other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable. Any additional refund or credit will be handled according to the written terms of your accepted quote or agreement.
5. Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to move an order or event when possible, but amounts already spent or committed to the original date may still apply. A new date may require updated pricing if the scope, availability, ingredient costs, staffing, or travel changes.
6. Personalized and Custom Items
Personalized messages, custom signs, specialty materials, custom florals or décor, and other made-for-you elements may become non-refundable once production or purchasing begins.
7. Weather and Outdoor Events
The client is responsible for a safe, suitable location and a reasonable backup plan for outdoor events. Extreme heat, rain, wind, storms, or other conditions can affect service and food safety. If conditions are unsafe, Graze & Grace may modify, delay, relocate, or decline an outdoor setup. Weather-related rescheduling is subject to availability and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
8. If Graze & Grace Must Cancel
If we cancel an accepted order or event because we are unable to provide the agreed services, and the issue is not caused by the client or a circumstance addressed under force majeure, we will refund amounts paid for services we do not provide unless you choose an agreed reschedule or credit instead.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disaster, government order, transportation disruption, emergency, widespread utility failure, or supplier interruption. We will work in good faith to determine whether rescheduling, substitution, credit, or another reasonable solution is available.
10. Refund Method
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing times may depend on the bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other provider.
