The things people usually want to know before they order.
Ordering food for an event, a guest arrival, or a property gathering shouldn’t require detective work. Here are the practical answers.
We create charcuterie cups, personalized boxes, styled boards, fridge-ready setups, grazing tables, charcuterie carts, cannoli cart service, onsite catering, and party popups. The right option depends on the occasion, location, number of people, and how you want it to feel.
Graze & Grace serves Canyon Lake, Sattler, Startzville, New Braunfels, and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. Delivery, travel, or setup availability can vary by location and event size.
More notice gives us the best chance to accommodate your date, especially for grazing tables, carts, weddings, Realtor events, Home Builder events, and larger gatherings. Smaller orders may sometimes be possible on shorter notice depending on availability. If your date is close, reach out anyway and we’ll tell you what is realistic.
For now, start with the Request a Quote form whether you need something simple or something larger. Tell us what you’re planning, and we’ll help figure out what fits without making you choose the exact service before you’re ready.
Yes. You can share a theme, colors, occasion, foods you like or dislike, dietary preferences, a welcome message, or simply the feeling you want to create. Ingredient availability and food-safety requirements may limit some requests, but we’ll work with you where we reasonably can.
Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs before your order is confirmed. We can often adjust ingredients, but our products may be prepared or assembled in environments where common allergens such as milk, wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, or shellfish may be present. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free or cross-contact-free environment.
Keep perishable items refrigerated at 40°F or below until serving. As a general food-safety rule, perishable food should not remain unrefrigerated for more than two hours, or more than one hour when the temperature is above 90°F. Outdoor Texas heat matters, so plan for shade, ice, refrigeration, or another appropriate cold-holding method.
Outdoor setups need a safe, stable, reasonably protected location. Extreme heat, direct sun, rain, wind, insects, unstable ground, or other conditions can affect both presentation and food safety. You are responsible for an appropriate backup location or weather plan, and we may adjust or decline a setup if conditions are unsafe.
Delivery and setup details are coordinated for the specific order or event. The customer is responsible for accurate access information and for making sure the property or venue can be entered at the agreed time. Stairs, elevators, gates, parking restrictions, security procedures, venue rules, and limited setup windows should be shared in advance.
That is exactly what the Airbnb / Vacation Rentals page is for. Timing and property access must be coordinated with the host, owner, property manager, or another authorized person. We will not enter a property without proper permission and an agreed delivery or setup arrangement.
Absolutely. If you’ve used us before, we remember. When you call us for another gathering, open house, closing, or event, you shouldn’t have to explain everything all over again. If you loved what we did last time, just tell us you want something similar and we’ll already have a place to start.
Yes. Builder needs can range from a Realtor preview to a model-home grand opening or recurring sales event. Once we understand what works for your team, property, and guests, future events can be easier to plan.
Because our food is perishable and many orders are made specifically for one person, property, or event, cancellation and refund terms depend on the type of order and how far preparation has progressed. Custom event quotes may also include specific deposit, payment, and cancellation terms. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details.
We review what you send us, confirm availability, and reach out to talk through the occasion, location, ideas, and what makes sense for the event. A quote request is not a confirmed reservation until Graze & Grace accepts the booking and any required payment or retainer has been received.
