Effective: August 27, 2026
1. Information You Choose to Give Us
When you request a quote, contact us, place an order, arrange delivery, or communicate with Graze & Grace, we may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, delivery or venue address, property information, preferences, budget information, dietary requests or allergy information you choose to provide, and the content of your messages.
2. Order and Payment Information
If other website integrations or electronic payment is enabled, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Graze & Grace may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, billing name, or partial payment identifiers, but we do not need to store your full payment-card number ourselves when a payment processor handles it.
3. Website and Device Information
Our hosting provider and security systems may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, and security logs. Optional analytics or marketing tools will be controlled through the cookie preferences available on this site when those tools are enabled.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, provide services, coordinate delivery and setup, personalize an order, process payments, maintain customer history for easier repeat service, improve the website, prevent fraud or misuse, keep business records, comply with law, and communicate about the specific services you requested.
5. Remembering Returning Customers
When appropriate, we may keep information about previous orders, preferences, event details, or customizations so a returning customer does not have to start from zero every time. You can ask us to correct or delete information we no longer need, subject to legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or contractual recordkeeping requirements.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, form or email services, payment processors, bookkeeping providers, delivery or event support, and analytics or advertising providers if those optional tools are enabled and permitted by your choices. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
7. Cookies and Browser Storage
The website uses essential browser storage to remember your cookie preference and support basic site functions. If analytics or marketing tools are enabled, those optional categories are controlled through the cookie banner and Cookie Preferences link in the footer. You can reopen Cookie Preferences at any time to change your selection.
8. Texas Privacy Rights
Depending on the law that applies to Graze & Grace and to your request, you may have rights to ask whether we process your personal data, access certain data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or profiling activities. Graze & Grace does not currently sell personal data. Texas law provides broad consumer privacy rights for covered businesses, while many small businesses are generally exempt from much of the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act except for certain sensitive-data requirements.
9. How to Make a Privacy Request
Email info@grazeandgrace.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or call 210-439-1126. We may need to verify enough information to reasonably confirm that the request relates to you. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision, you may reply to our decision and state that you are requesting an appeal.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining useful customer history, resolving disputes, complying with tax or accounting requirements, protecting the business, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of record.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a small business and the systems we use. No website, email system, cloud service, payment provider, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We will update our practices as our systems and legal obligations change.
12. Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging food, events, business services, or guest welcomes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
Links to social media, maps, payment services, commerce platforms, or other websites are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies when you use those services.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our website, services, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the version currently posted.
